1. Deposit: Once you have paid your deposit to secure your booking you cannot claim the deposit back if you can’t make it on the trip, but you can transfer to another name if you would like someone else to take your place.

2. Shared Rooms: The price of the trip is based on two people sharing a twin or double room. Please state when booking if you require an alternative to this as a single supplement will be charged.

3. Payment: Full payment for your golf trip must be paid at least 28 days before the first day of your trip. This is non-refundable.

4. Dinner: Dinner is only included on the trips where it has been stated that it is included in the package. Please advise when booking of any dietary requirements.

5. Travel: Transportation is your own responsibility to and from your destinations, unless otherwise stated.

6. Cancellations: If in the unlikely circumstance your trip needs to be cancelled by us, a full refund will be provided.

7. Unexpected Weather: If the golf course is closed due to severe weather or other unforeseen natural occurrences, we will do everything we can to arrange for play at an alternative golf course during your stay. If it’s not possible we will provide £30 Golf with Ireland vouchers for each round of golf that is cancelled.

8. Misconduct: Golf with Ireland takes no responsibility for any individuals misbehaviour on the golf courses or in the hotels.

9. Luggage: Golf with Ireland is not responsible for your golf bags, luggage, or any personal belongings.
