- If you cancel, your deposit cannot be returned as it covers the costs associated with securing your spot and the administrative work of preparing for your event. In many situations, deposits for specialized event services are not refundable.

- Full payments are also non-refundable because we have paid vendors (hotels, courses) on your behalf, and they do not offer us refunds. We advise all customers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover such situations.
