These terms apply when you book a Golf with Ireland golf event, trip, tour or package, or buy from our online store. Please read them before you book. Each event page and your booking confirmation set out what is included, the price, the deposit and when the balance is due. Those details form part of these terms.
1. About us
Golf with Ireland is the trading name of Golf with Ireland Ltd, a company registered in Northern Ireland (company number NI648938). Our registered office is at 594 Saintfield Road, Carryduff, Belfast BT8 8BL.

2. Booking
You can book online or by contacting us. Your booking is confirmed once we have received your deposit or full payment and sent you a confirmation. Please check your confirmation and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP), including events in the Republic of Ireland, and payment is taken in pounds. Any euro figures on our website are a guide only, based on the latest exchange rate.
- One-day events are paid in full when you book.
- For golf trips and breaks, a deposit per person secures your place. The balance is due two months before the event. The event page shows the exact amounts and the date.
- Trip prices are based on two people sharing a twin or double room. Please tell us when you book if you need a single room; a single supplement will be charged.
- Luxury golf tours and 3-day packages are priced individually. Your quote and confirmation set out the price and when payments are due.
4. Cancelling or changing your booking
- Deposits are non-refundable. We use them straight away to secure tee times, hotel rooms and other arrangements, often paying non-refundable costs to golf clubs and hotels.
- Balance payments and payments in full are also non-refundable, except as set out in section 6.
- You can transfer your place to someone else at no extra cost up to two days before the event. Please let us know in writing (email is fine), and make sure any outstanding balance has been paid.
- We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover you if you have to cancel.
5. If we cancel
If we have to cancel an event or trip, we will refund in full everything you have paid us for it.
6. Bad weather and course closures
- One-day events: if the golf course is closed and the event cannot go ahead, we will refund your payment.
- Golf trips and breaks: if a course is closed because of severe weather or other unforeseen natural events, we will do everything we can to arrange play at another course during your stay. If that is not possible, we will give you a £30 Golf with Ireland voucher for each round of golf that is cancelled.
7. What is included
- Each event page lists what the price includes. Anything not listed is not included. Golf buggies, for example, can be booked at an extra cost where available.
- Dinner is only included where the event page says so. Please tell us about any dietary requirements when you book.
- We do not book flights. Travel to and from the golf course or hotel is your own responsibility unless the event page says otherwise.
8. On the course and at the hotel
Please follow the rules, dress code and etiquette of each golf club and hotel. Golf with Ireland is not responsible for anyone’s misconduct on the golf course or at the hotel.
9. Your belongings
Please look after your golf clubs, luggage and personal belongings. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to them unless it is caused by our negligence.
10. Gift vouchers
- Golf with Ireland gift vouchers can be used towards any of our golf events, trips and tours.
- Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
11. Online store
If you buy merchandise from our online store, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us to arrange the return. This does not affect your statutory rights.
12. Complaints
If something is not right, please tell us as soon as possible, during your event if you can, so that we can try to put it right straight away. You can also email tours@golfwithireland.com.
13. Your personal information
We use your personal information to manage your booking and to reply to your enquiries. Our Privacy Policy explains how.
14. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland. This does not affect your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
