Frequently asked questions
Once you pay a deposit, we immediately secure tee times at premium Irish golf courses, reserve hotel rooms, and secure transportation, often paying non-refundable fees to vendors. Your deposit is a non-refundable, secure booking fee.
If you cancel, your deposit cannot be returned as it covers the costs associated with securing your spot and the administrative work of preparing for your event. In many situations, deposits for specialised event services are not refundable.
Full payments are also non-refundable because we have paid vendors (hotels, courses) on your behalf, and they do not offer us refunds. We advise all customers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover such situations.
Yes. You can transfer your booking to someone else at no extra cost up to two days before the event, provided we receive written notice (email is fine) and any outstanding balance has been paid.
Tell us who is travelling and when, and we will put together the right trip for you. Prices are based on two sharing, and discounts are available for group bookings.
